In preparation for the Dublin-based iGaming Super Show scheduled for May 24 through 26, event organizers iGaming Business have announced a special spring “iGaming Social” to be held next week on St. Patrick’s Day, Thursday, March 17.
The iGaming Social is designed to celebrate the iGaming Super Show’s move to Dublin (it’d previously been held in other European cities) as well as to woo the more than 400 London-based online gambling executives to bring their networking power to Ireland.
“The iGaming Super Show will be this year’s biggest online gambling event and we made a decision early on to move this event to the silicon valley of Europe, Dublin, in order to maximize attendance from the big digital companies,” explained Alex Pratt, iGaming Business leader, in a news release.
“So it made sense to celebrate this on the biggest Irish holiday – St Paddies Day!” Pratt continued. “We have a large tab to last the night and plenty of Guinness ordered, so if you’re in London on the 17th March come and join us for a drink or two.”
“This iGaming social is sure to follow the long tradition of bringing the European iGaming industry together to network and connect in an informal setting,” the news release adds. “As London is host to many of the biggest names and brands in online gambling the evening typically numbers anything from 200-400 iGaming executives.”
The iGaming Social is a joint effort between Lyceum Media and CalvinAyre.com, which will actively promote the event.
This year’s iGaming Super Show is expected to be the biggest event on the iGaming calendar, will more than 2,500 delegates expected to attend. As always, iGaming Business conferences are completely free for affiliates.
The iGaming Social will be held at Opal Bar, Embankment, WC2N 6PA. Click here to RSVP, or, contact Marit von Stedingk at iGaming Business here. Details on the iGaming Super Show can be found here.
