I agree with this opinion.. Also inn Ukraine now the government is considering the law about legalize gambling or not.. I think if the management will be done in the most correct way, it will help to attracy additional taxes to a governmental treasury…So if citizens have enough money to play casinos – why not.. BUT the main condition is to provide the correct menagement.. SO event the users and affiliates will have protected rights..
