Don’t steal images. Even with the watermark on it, it’s still stealing. Always pay for the licensing.
Even those thumbnails on your site should be licensed. I once paid getty $45 to license an image of Lindsey Vonn just for one month. You cannot be cheap if you hope to be successful in media. Otherwise you won’t go anywhere. They know who you are.
