I’d put money on the operators having knowledge of this happening, I know some large operators who are eager work with adult networks directly but go through 3rd parties to retain integrity if questioned.
I personally don’t see the issue with it at all, online p#rn has a large male audience as does the gambling world. If you don’t have intention to watch/play due to moral objections either then it shouldn’t matter.
