While I’m not defending anyone, I think all possible contingencies must be ruled out first.
As far as I’m aware the blocking of Country specific players takes place on a software level. That is, if an IP tries to connect to the casino suite and it’s originating from a “banned country” the system will not permit this player to login to the casino.
However if the IP doesn’t resolve to France, then it’s possible the account holder could gain access.
Is this an ex-pat of France living elsewhere?
I’m not doubting what your saying but I think before we all get driven into a frenzy about another casino group, we stop and check to make sure there is no other circumstance which would allow a French Player to fly under the radar.
