I have word from my connections in AC that the licenses will be for sale later this year, just like Nevada.
The initialization of the online gambling program in NJ will be limited to interstate only.
The big question we have all been asking is will they have room for affiliates and there are some great posts about it on a few threads. I will obtain a license and my office space just outside of AC by the end of this year if it continues this way. I currently fear the worst for US facing affiliates but there is always working for the guys I used to work for before I guess… 
Yes they will be very sucessfull regardless of on-or-off line presence..they are just too big of a name in the industry.
