I would do some research on contrast 
I know as I grow older my eyes are getting worse, but the site just seems to cause some eye strain. I think its the 333 outer color with the fff text, if you want the darker bg I think the white text needs to be toned down a bit. I also don’t care for the 00C4C4 on the site either – just hurts my eyes. If your audience finds it hard on their eyes they wont be sticking around long.
