This basically validates what I’ve been saying for the last 5 years. The government needs to stop selling paper. Paper may seem innocent and harmless, but when it’s in the wrong hands, criminal masterminds will use it to their advantage.
Here’s my advice – if you see a piece of paper anywhere, start running!
