Ok, that was not a solid response…
What I mean’t was – You hold a domain with an ENORMOUS potential (onlinegambling.net) and there’s a site on it that looks like a banner farm. Now, I don’t know who you are and you might be someone with more than enough $$ to worry about a domain like this, but this is a huge waste of potential. You could hire someone to do everything for you and spend small 4 figures to create a kick ass site that would rank after a few months. Even after the EMD update domains like this are ”fukin” premium.
Your takeaway from this should be – find a way to properly develop it, if you don’t have the time, find a partner who will do all the work. I’m sure that this wouldn’t be all that hard for this one. Lump sum 150k is nice, but you’ll get WAY MORE out by developing it.
I would honestly eat **** for a month to get a domain like this in my portfolio.
