Go with a content management system (joomla, drupal, wordpress) as the content soon gets out of control, as i am now finding out. Also do your research on affiliate programs to promote as many are scoundrels. Check several affiliate forums for recomendations before you invest time, money and effort in building content for programs that wont pay you, or will cheat you out of what you are owed.
