The owners of Expekt has Everest and Bet-at-home listed here, so it should be possible to get some info.
I am still able to login to my affiliate account at Expekt, and I can see that they are continously updating with new banners etc. If they are considering closing the program soon, this updating of available affiliate marketing material is absurd.
I have tried contacting Expekt Affiliates several times, but I have been ignored too…
