I understand what you’ve created 
but if the programs got involved and another site on a larger scale it would be a really cool tool for many… The tool I have in mind would maintain links and other info for all of the programs which submitted the data…
It would maintain current links, current promos, other current info etc that could drawn on by affiliates via links that would likely never need to be changed. The link would call on the data that the programs supplied / updated. They’d update the info in one place and it would go live instantly for all the affiliates using that code.
I know there are a few programs that already use linking strategies like that, but they all could do it if they wanted to … and it would likely be a popular tool if they all collectively took the time to submit data to one central ‘well-maintained’ location.
The system GPWA had taken over was affcaff.com – it was actually a decent project if they had used it to its full potential, but they’ve failed miserably at maintaining it, I reckon they couldn’t figure a way to monetize it so they just ignored it.
