FYI – Grand National itself is on 14th April (Saturday). The Grand National Festival begins on Thursday. Many UK bookmakers will suspend their free bet offer on Saturday (as pretty much everyone in the country has a bet – and most will only do so once a year), so keep an eye on who keeps it, bearing it mind it isn’t necessarily a good thing…
