In our household.. 25 years ago…. I was living in Fiji, i was 10 years old!
We had a tv set, vhs tapes and betamax but no tv channels were around then.
We would have been listening to Paul Simmon, Michael Jackson (thriller record), Abba and Boney M records.
We were playing cards, scrabble, lego, and reading.
We were swimming everyday, I was cutting down long pieces of wood with a cane knife and making spears to throw around the yard.
I was going to a big school which had 40 students to a class, beside the ocean.
Lollies could still be bought for 1c.
And the only thing I was worried about was not messing up so I wouldn’t get a smack from dad. hahaha
