Lets not lose sight of the fact that this Indictment is based on Bodog’s sportsbetting activities. The one aspect of gambling – internet or landbased – that the law in the USA is very clear on is Sportsbetting. There are specific provisions for that type of gambling in many states and the basis of the federal Wire Act.
Having said that though, and after a thorough legal assessment of the situation it still looks like they are just trying to prove the size of their Wangs!
