Site looks ok. Keep adding content, such as review sections etc.. In terms of marketing, I have had some success with email marketing before but nowadays I would say it is difficult because people will tend to overlook them or they make get filtered into their spam folders.
I’d highly recommend PPC for quick and good conversions. Though you may have to do some tweeking and fine tuning (and in the process waste some money) before getting it down to where it generates ROI for you.
