Well it sort of feels like 3 years were a waste, but essentially they were needed to penetrate my learning curve. The thing is I was told several times by a “Super Affiliate” to do things a certain way and drop certain things. It tool three years to take his advice! Still a long way to go though. It also sure was trial and error – some things click and some do not. Confident in 2012 it will be our year.
Thanks for sharing your story… And I can’t tell you how often I hear things like this (and not only with affiliates.) It takes a lot of trial by fire to figure out what works and what doesn’t. However, I know you feel like the time has been “a waste” but in the scheme of things it’s not. All of the experimentation leads to experience and will allow you to take you business to the next level. And hooray- looking forward to 2012 being your year
Another question for you- what is it that you were doing that you feel like wasn’t working? And what will you do differently that you feel so confident will work in the new year?
