My name is Richard Green and I have just recently taken over from Rachelle at Wagerprofits as Affiliate Manager.
I am fully aware that there is a delay in payments of July and August commissions. By the end of this week I hope to provide you with a date in which you can expect your payments to have successfully gone through.
It is unacceptable to have to wait 2 months for money owed to you and I will strive to prevent this in future because I do not wish to harm the healthy relationship we have with our valued Affiliates.
To all affected parties, please accept our apologies for the current delay.
We hope to have this issue resolved very soon and prevent it from happening again in future.
