I am in shock, I have had many great meals with Lou and Marie. He was a good man and even during the tough times and the Up’s and downs of this industry he always had heart and was passionate.
He gave me some great advise and sent me personal emails when I was going through the liver donation operation.
I will miss the great meals and great conversations. I am deeply saddened and feel proud to have known Lou.
RIP You will not be forgotten.
