[FONT=&quot]The reason for that was that the previous owners of Titan had also private emails on this server and a day before passing the brand to us, instead of closing only their personal emails, they closed also [email protected] and [email protected].

After closing an email, there is some pending time before you can reopen it, and that was the reason for not answered emails.

At this point, all emails, phones and livechat are answered in timely manner.
