Well I guess it means that your players who sign up for the next 2 weeks don’t get either rakeback or VIP program benefits.. so more money for an affil if the player doesn’t actually run a mile. imagine grinding a rake race with no vip / rakeback…
I’m guessing a lot of big profitable rakeback players will probably run a mile when they see the VIP program structure.
