I am not a legal guru whatsoever but personally I think they won’t come after affiliates, there are far more easier and obvious people to go after first. The thing is it costs a lot to process this and its usually a political or money motivated move so the target has to be a name or brand that will hit headlines….IF they were to go after affiliates I suspect they will start at the top and hit the big guns but I still think this is unlikely…
I would also add something like this at the bottom of your site or on the about us bit if you haven’t already. Don’t know if it will actually do anything but it seems most of the big affiliates have these kind of words on their site
