Why dont you ask the casino rep to put a note on your account so that if someone gets on live chat to reset the password they must call to confirm that it’s you or only email the new password to you or something.. That way they are not giving it out over live chat. Or tell them youd like them to always ask you an extra question and just have something random..
I’m sure this would not be out of the question?
