The item you circled in red does not say 24/7 Online Support. It says 24/7 Live Support and provides a phone number, which would indicate to me that in order to receive the 24/7 support you need to call the number. I do see a link at the top of the page that simply says “Support” but that doesn’t say 24/7 or “Online”.
I’m just reading what you posted and I am pretty sure I know how to read even though I recently became a member here. I’ve been working in email affiliate marketing for years as an affiliate and I do understand the issues affiliates often have with the advertisers they work for. Granted, this niche is relatively new to me, only having begun email marketing for casinos a month ago, but I fully expect many of the same issues I see on the non-gaming offers.
In any event, I really do hope you get things worked out.
