I totally agree with what the people above are saying! just think of the fact that you need a design team, customer support, marketing, Vip, translation team etc etc etc.. hehe if you think that you can handle that – go for it 
I would suggest you to start up as a normal affilite, exchange links, find some good affiiate networks and casinos, put up banners, text links etc.
It wil take time and if you want to be successful you’ll have 2 be patient. Start it as a hobby and see how it goes. Have a look at oter websites and “steal” some ideas and put up goals for your self!
