Nope, this happened when the new stats reports came out. I was getting deposits of over 200k a year, now it is less than 1k a month.
BCP did eventually get back to me, but their response was generic and basically said that there is nothing wrong with the stats, so I have responded by sending any potential high rollers elsewhere as I felt their reply was far to casual. I would have liked far more detailed insight into a loss of 200k a year.
