Affeurope.com advertise up to $400 per player, casinoblasters say up to $300 a player, but you can get more than that after they trial your players. I have had good deals from platinumaffiliates.com and europartners.com. I am currently working with cpaindustry.com on a good deal.
Affutd.com have given me good hybrid deals so you CPA and rev share and they advertise up to $500 CPA.
