Thanks for the feedbacks,

I can tell you that the law is not easy to implement especially when it comes to doing so against a rich and international company.
I’ll tell you from my experience: basically after I was fired from playtech (in quite an ugly way) I took a lawyer in order to press charges against playtech.
since Playtech is international and has offices in many countries, my lawyer did not know which company he should file the charges against.
(Eventually I filed charges against 2 companies: playtech Estonia, and playtech IMan)

also I had to pay high state-fee for the court to be able to press charges against a company abroad,
also playtech (since it’s a rich company) took one of the most expenssive lawyers that is basically now trying to make my lawsuit fail from any technical reasons that he can think of.
add to it the time that it took me, the money that it costs,
basically things like these can make any person think twice before taking the law as helper against a company like playtech.
