Agree with Tom – really hard to pinpoint what is best as one program can work really well for one affiliate and awful for another.
Definitely depends on the types and locations of your players – My advice is draw up a list of programs that will work for your players and then search them in the forum, you can then get a better idea of what they are like and others experience with them
