Yes, i believe you can use DBP (domain by proxy) as registrant of the domain and you can add more than one site to the same affiliate program. Not sure, if the casino needs to check the registrant. So the best thing to do would be to check with the casino. You can simply PM the affiliate managers VIA the forum. Which casinos are you interested in? I can probably put you in touch directly with the affiliate manager.
