This issue has already been explained to dcbonus…The players that he has sent where banned by FRAUD for NON_COLLECTED-CC: Do not pay, this is for Uncollected Pre-Credited CC transactions and other fraud related issues, like misleading information, etc. We will always pay our customers for sending us good traffic that has been approved by our FRAUD Department and that provide us with the information we require to be able to collect the funds.
