To top it off their reps on chat act like robots. Their mere replies were “we are sorry but we don’t have an answer to the reason nor a time frame when we can do it”. “We’re just not able to do it at this time”. “You can call and ask to speak to our supervisors between 8-4pm EST”. “But we don’t have a supervisor available at this time”. How strange is that?
