But if this is the case the players account should have been closed at that time. If you allowed this player to continue to deposit in good faith after he claimed the coupon, and this $5K win was off of one of those subsequent deposits, then he needs to be paid accordingly. You can’t just play this coupon card if the player wins, all the while continuing to accept his deposits after you say he broke the rules. Thats just straight thievery..
With over 1/2 million players it’s hard to watch one account.
But since then,we now have an option to not let players that we deem bonus beaters to redeem those types of coupons.
