This list may be changed by us from time to time and IT IS YOUR DUTY TO CONSULT AND CHECK REGULARLY THIS END-USER AGREEMENT IN OUR WEBSITE REGARDING ANY CHANGES TO THIS LIST.
THE EXCLUDED TERRITORIES ARE AS FOLLOWS: THE UNITED STATES AND ITS TERRITORIES, ISRAEL, ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA, NETHERLANDS ANTILLES, ESTONIA, CYPRUS, KAHNAWAKE, BULGARIA, HONG KONG, PHILIPPINES, AFGHANISTAN, CUBA, IRAN, IRAQ, LIBYA, SUDAN, SYRIA AND TURKEY.
Oddly Germany isnt in that list, so I have asked Legal to amend the t&c’s to reflect this.
Re the player issue – was this Sparkz? If so, then I solved it yesterday, they just havent updated the thread, but then not everyone does. I try and stay clear of player issues as my role at William Hill is as an Affiliate Manager, so all my time is taken up with that (to which of course i should then add – why arent we on your sites? 
)
