Many webmasters that have worked both verticles will likely tell you that gambling content does not usually convert well for adult traffic.
I tried this a few years ago with poor results.
Silver Dollar from Casino Coins used to, not sure if they still do though.
Playboy Casino is in the process of being closed I believ so they are out also.
Most programs do not allow it.
