South Africa seems to work. I always see some guys coming from South Africa, but I get them through my English pages. What language other than English would you consider for these people.
What about contries like the Philipines and India. Translations for these languages are soooo cheap…

I think anyone who wants to gamble, will gamble.. There are a lot of people who speak a lot of different languages around the world, so I think targetting a certain language, even if it’s illegal in that country, is not doing any harm… I’m sure there are lots of Russians around the world who love to gamble even if they are not necessarily located in Russia 
Re South Africans – the other main language spoken there is Afrikaans but to my knowledge, and a saffa will be able to correct me here, not everyone speaks Afrikaans, but most people speak English. I know there are hundreds of other languages also spoken there. I think Cobus once listed a few somewhere.
I think if you can pick up the good players from China you’ll be in for some big commissions, however I’ve noticed that a lot of fraud also comes from China and Vietnam.
