Unfortunately the bank refuse to explain why it was returned. If the bank details are correct then hopefully it will work. Could you do me a favour and send me your bank details. I know you have already have them but just to make sure. I have a meeting with accounts payable next week so if I can have them by Monday I will pass them on to her to make sure it all goes through.

Still waiting for the payment, and an official contact to solve this problem.
