I think thats pretty stupid, and do you really think they are going to unban him after all of the sensitive company information he has been posting? Though he may have contributed a lot at one point, he has now become a serious threat to the business and if you were in Warren’s shoes would you unban him?

I think you have a VERY difficult task ahead of you and though this apology took far too long, I think it at least somewhat of a start of heading in the right direction. I think if you really want to turn this site around you should consider adding EVERY affiliate program (regardless of whether they are CAP sponsored or not). Let the affiliates here decide which are the best rooms and rank them accordingly. Then have paid listings which like when you do a google search will show up before all of the unpaid ones. Set a CAP (no pun intended) on how many paid sponsors you will accept, and make sure that every single one of these rooms is receiving a good return on their investment. Certify unpaid rooms if the affiliates feel they are safe to work with and treat their affiliates well with 0 complaints (even though you aren’t getting paid). Start working for the affiliates and use your industry influence to help resolve problems, even if it is about one of your paid rooms. Add something to the terms of a paid room that if they act unethically then they will be screwed. Stop taking money from crooked corporations like Chipleader who has been caught several times screwing their players. Ethics should be your number one priority before the almighty dollar… let the greed go. Though you don’t have the best track record now, its never too late for you to really turn this around.
