I appreciate both your efforts and concerns. You are very valuable team members in my eyes and I hope you feel the same about me.
Over the last few months I have been continually provoked and both of you are aware of that. My response to that provocation may have made you uncomfotable and for that I appologize.
I will address any other internal company issues I have too, but as far as I am concerned you are both great people in my eyes and I would never want to lose you as modersators, allies or friends.
It’s time I came back and became the professor again. Its what CAP needs and as a business owner its what I need too. I hope you can understand and support me.
