I have asked numerous Rival casino about this small first deposit issue. None have given a definitive answer and some have acted surprised.
But its obviously an issue with the Rival credit card processor? Maybe some sort of limit of the first transaction?
Come to think of it, it’s weird. Has anyone actually gone through a credit card deposit? Does the system boucne back and say something like “Sorry we can only process XXX at this time?”
There must be an explantion becuase this significantly impacts player value at Rivals.
