Hey,
Sorry to get back to you in delay.
As far as I understand, margin has no direct connection to deposit. It’s the profit divided by the income, (Income is total bets in USD, Profit is income minus payouts of the games).
The average margin in our casinos is around the 4-5%, but for single players it can swing wildly depending on his bets and payouts. If the player spins on one spin 50 USD and loses all – then margin is 100%.
If you like me to check into details for your account, please contact me at: [email protected]
I hope the information above is helpful.
Best Regards,
Liyu

Now in the stats there is the “margin”. I have always thought this is some sort of individualised payout rate for each player so please correct me if I’m wrong. Now how can it be that if I have a player that deposited ~$40 and lost all and I see my share as ~$10 that the margin keeps swinging around for the next couple of days and weeks but nothing changes with regards to deposits or losses? Could you please look into that. It may signal that stats are still not 100% correct. :hattip:
