It was great meeting scubaguy – I wish we had had more time to talk. At every conference I meet at the very least one person who leaves a lasting impression.
Unfortunately I had a splitting headache through most of the conference, and the last day the flu raised it’s ugly head and I had to stay in my room and try to get my bearings for the long trip back.
That made me miss the Golden Longe cruise which I was much looking forward to.
Overall it was a good conference as always, good to meet all the managers again and I made some new deals, as I do at every conference.
I also think that maybe the much publicized disturbance may in the end have laid a new base for communication and cooperation.
I want to particularly thank Alex for everything – I have yet to find mistakes in any of the decisions he made over the years. Putting on an event of this caliber is no small feat, good going Alex!
