Since it’s a 100% failure rate on what looks like all subequent deposits it should be easy to track down the bug. Although it’s hard to believe that such a major bug wasn’t picked up in internal testing it does happen.
Hopefully, other programs will look at this as wake up call to check their tracking systems.
