I asked you a number of times if would repost and to date nothing until this post, all I posted was an update, you have to understand by having the CAP seal we have to be honest and upfront I work with a lot of affiliates that post on CAP and they will have an interest in what happens with you.

So I guess you now want to make this public. I have no issues with that as Wager Profits has nothing to hide.

I will make comments/reply to all of your comments below:

Why did you name appear in the post? Because I had an email from Ingrid:
“Paul no longer works with us. However, our Accounting Manager does know

In the email Ingrid sent to you she stated we could not pay on players that you sent prior to our ownership, this is correct and I stand by what she said, If you bought a business for it assets and not it debts you would not pay there debts off and it is the same in this case. I will pay you for any traffic that you sent after July 2006.

Also in you last PM’s you stated that WP will not pay me $13,146.27. And now you write in you post about “true facts”?

The figure of $13,146.27 is the total including what was owed to you prior to Playsafe SA taking ownership of the casinos, I feel I covered this in my last comments but I will cover it again, we bought the assets only of the company and not the debts, if you would like me to provide you with the contact information for Jeff the old owner I can do this and you can then take up the additional funds owed with him.

I lost a lot of money with RTG programs in the past, and never paid much attentions to it. But after WP’s affiliate manager Paul contacted me several times asking me to bring new players a question had raised – where is my money for players I had brought before?

I am sorry for your previous losses with RTG casinos, as for Paul’s comments I spoke to the current owners and this had never been approved, Paul’s contract with Wager Profits ended several months after the post you quoted, I never directly worked with Paul so again I can not really comment on his post.

Shaun! I don’t care if WP bought debts or not! It’s not my business how WP is changing owners!
But your affiliate manager promised to pay me $13,146.27!

I am sorry to say but it is very much your business if we bought the debts, reason being you are owed a huge amount of money from the previous owners.
As stated above Paul never worked for me as I joined the company in Jan 08, Paul’s contract ended in Dec 07, I do not understand why Paul even agreed to that figure with you as we did/do not owe you that kind of figure.

I don’t care how many times you have tried to reach me! Not answering you emails is not a reason for taking my money! You had enough time to count how many times you have tried to reach me but no time for looking into the matter.
Our contract is: bring players – get money. By the way, why did not you try to PM me via CAP?
The most of gambling webmasters and affiliate managers know it’s a fast way to reach people in our industry.

The reason I have tried to contact you so many times is to explain the situation to you, and I can assure you 100% that I looked in the matter from start to finish, I would not be posting in public if I had not looked into the matter.
As for not contacting you via CAP this is very simple, we gave up the CAP seal around April 2008 so that I could rearrange Wager Profits and get the company into a stronger position, if a company gives up the CAP seal they also loose the right to post and send PMs on CAP, We re applied to CAP for the seal in Nov 08 and we went live on or around the 8th Dec, CAP where kind enough to give me the ability to post in the forums around the middle of November, the reason I did not contact you at that point was and is very simple I did not know your username, so for these reasons I did not contact you via CAP until you created this thread.

This comment it very harsh and not true, please check out the Dec payment thread on CAP we paid all affiliates on the 2nd Dec the only reason we did not pay on the 1st of the month like we do every month was due to a public holiday.
Please review the CAP/PAP/GPWA/PAL FORUMS and find one affiliate that is claiming we have not paid them under my management????
You will not be able to find one, I pride myself and my team in what we do and in my eyes payments are key, I understand you all have business to run staff to pay and bills to pay for this reason I do not screw with people’s payments.
As I have stated in all of my posts and all of the PMs I have sent to you I will pay you what we owe you I do not want to keep funds owed to you. We are public traded company which means unlike many others we are accountable, as well as being a public company we carry the CAP/PAP/GPWA and Affiliate Guard Dogs my team and I have worked hard to ensure that we have met the standards that these companies expect and I do not want to have these removed.

I think I have covered all of you comment and questions.

As I have stated I will pay you every $/cent that we owe you form the date the purchase completed. I am not sure if you are aware but our casino sites no longer run on the RTG software meaning we no longer have access to the back end to get the reports, I contacted RTG as soon as you created the this thread to ask them if they could provide the report they have said that they will provide it but it will take time, we are working on goodwill with RTG so as soon as I have the report for RTG I will give you a copy and show how much we owe and I will make payment to as soon as possible.

Once again I am sorry as to how this has turned out I did not want to make it public but I felt for the CAP name and the other affiliates that we work I needed to update them.
