After your second post I was sure we both are going to discuss the matter in private. Anyway you decided to break our agreement and post another message before we came to any deal.
Ok! lets start!

Dear Shaun, the only fact in my post that was not true – mentioning you name , but now I’m sure it’s true, I just could not prove that it was you who decided not to pay. As we agreed I have asked Dominique to edit my post (to delete you name).
Why did you name appear in the post? Because I had an email from Ingrid:
“Paul no longer works with us. However, our Accounting Manager does know
about your case and he just explained that the payments you are referring
to correspond to previous owners and unfortunately we can
only take responsibility starting in July 2006.”
Also in you last PM’s you stated that WP will not pay me $13,146.27. And now you write in you post about “true facts”?
Now, after exchanging PM’s with you I can prove:
“The new manager (Shaun) explained me that they will not pay since Wager Profits have changed owners!!”
I lost a lot of money with RTG programs in the past, and never paid much attentions to it. But after WP’s affiliate manager Paul contacted me several times asking me to bring new players a question had raised – where is my money for players I had brought before?
Paul promised me to pay on 02-09-2007, 11:55 AM in his PM on CAP
Figure I have is $13,146.27.
Thanks for the forms. I will confirm everything’s in place.
Paul
Shaun! I don’t care if WP bought debts or not! It’s not my business how WP is changing owners!
But your affiliate manager promised to pay me $13,146.27!

I don’t care how many times you have tried to reach me! Not answering you emails is not a reason for taking my money! You had enough time to count how many times you have tried to reach me but no time for looking into the matter.
Our contract is: bring players – get money. By the way, why did not you try to PM me via CAP?
The most of gambling webmasters and affiliate managers know it’s a fast way to reach people in our industry.
I’m sure that not paying your affiliates and not following your promises

By “your promises” I mean promises made by affiliate managers from WP.
