Firstly I would like to assure you all that we would never ban an account or refund their deposits unless it is entirely necessary. This is only in the cases where our processors have notified us of chargebacks or when our internal profiling determines the account carries a severe risk.
I can understand how it is frustrating to see your earnings affected by this however I am sure you will agree that we have have to account for these actions in our admin systems and protect our processing against further chargebacks by banning the account in question.
@ Slotplayer – Please can you send me the AIDs in question and I will review the accounts for you.
@ the27offsuit – Only 7% of your signups this month have been deactivated, and only one of the depositing accounts you have referred to us this month has been banned. This was because the cheque the player used to fund their account bounced.
