My apologies for not being able to respond over the weekend, I was moving
and couldn’t connect.
The reporting has been down due to the breach in security that we had.
All connections into the database were severed so that our tech team could
tighten up the security and remove any possibility of anyone expoliting our
databases.
We have change the way in which affiliates connect to our database, in the
past it was via a standard http connection but in the next couple of days
this will be changes to https, a secure connection.
The reports should be up and running this morning, we are still in the process
of checking that all of the update feeds have run successfully, it shouldn’t tale
to long for the stats to be functioning at 100% again.
