I was offered this by a guy in UK ,Basically he would get local friends /family to go out and buy these ukash vouchers.It would be a one time deposit thing so the programs paying the cpa are getting ripped off.I used this person to send 2 players to a playtech casino that i dont trust just to see if they track , no players showed up so he probably pocketed the money.Don’t resort to these sort of games.
