There are a number of mods who arent terribly active who have capabilities in their forum area only. Brainman is one of them.
I found the thread and read it and it was indeed a request for help. Unfortunately Brainman did not include a reason for deleting the thread. Perhaps the user did ask if the thread could be removed via PM but he didnt post any request… VERY strange.
I restored it and moved it to Blackhatters, Spammers and Hackers area.
