I typed a whole post, reached for something and nicked the esc key and erased it all. 
In any event I’d definately promote an instant payout casino on all my best converting pages.
Other than wanting the player to wager it all back, if a deposit from an ewallet can be instantaneous so can a withdrawal, especially for VIP players.
Most players would re-deposit it from the ewallet anyway but would that cause the casino to incur additional ewallet processing fees?
However, I do see posts in CM from frequent players that get their account flushed very quickly so it can be done.
